How to place your order
You may securely place your order on our Table Five Designs website at anytime, 7 days a week. You may also order via telephone, by calling 1-866-650-4762 between the hours of 9:30 and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Table Five Designs gladly accepts payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept payment via Pay Pal. Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of North Carolina will be charged 7 percent sales tax. No sales tax will be applied to orders outside of North Carolina.
Return Policy
Clothing may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Garments must be in new condition, with all manufacture tags attached. Please call us at 1-866-650-4762 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Originally shipping costs cannot be refunded, and customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. Custom designed furniture, build to order items, and personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. Please call us at 1-866-650-4762 to discuss any questions you may have regarding our return policy.
Cancellations
Items may be cancelled within 2 business days of order by calling us at 1-866-650-4762. If your item has already shipped within the 2 business day cancellation period, please refer to our return policy for further instruction.

Product Delivery Time
In Stock Items will ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. Customer Designed furniture, build to order items, and other personalized items, are estimated to ship within the time notated in the product description. Please allow 4-5 business days from time of ship to delivery. Estimates are for orders within the contiguous United States.
